Technical and functional lead on the project and serve as a primary point of

contact for current and new projects.


2. Creation of estimates for new project efforts.
3. Overall design and creation of design specification to implement changes for
Middle Office applications.
4. Design specification, perform unit and integration testing, conduct peer reviews
and prepare technical documentation.
5. Development, testing and deployment project deliverables.
6. Manage day-to-day activities of the Middle Office project team locally.
7. Manage on-call support team for handling production issues.
8. Conduct peer reviews and prepare technical documentation.
9. Manage and support UAT cycle for monthly releases. Monitor and fix regression
defects.
10. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.

Overall management and implementation of complex and/or larger multifaceted


projects/platform/product
? Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling multiple projects using
proven methods and techniques.
? Participates in all client meetings and is especially involved in start-up and
closure meetings
? Perform high-level assessment of the business, functional, technical, and non-
technical requirements of the project.
? Create the project charter document and ensure strategic project alignment to
business objectives.
? Prepare a detailed project plan/work breakdown structure that includes functional
and activity decomposition matrix for
all new projects and key milestones for each phase of the SDLC.
? Coordinate with management in introducing new processes/standards or improving
the existing ones.
? Co-ordinate with functional/BA�s/client for requirements and status updates of
the project.
? Manage and implement/support major system enhancements by establishing
appropriate change management procedures
? Prepare complete project estimates and maintain the status.
? Prepare all project reports and matrices to be presented to Senior management
? Monitor UAT on an ongoing basis for validity, impact, and closure of issues with
Technical Leads.
? Review overall project status and ensure onsite counterparts/teams are kept
informed of changing plans and delivery issues.
? Takecorrectiveactionwhenteammembersfailtomeetdeadlines,remainwithin
budget, or perform at the required standard.
? Track and monitor the project budget.
? Maintain and achieve the quality goals as defined in the project performance
goals.
