Summary
MS Project I am a project planner with over 15 years of experience in project
Primavera P6 control roles on industrial engineering projects in the oil and gas,
Construction pharmaceutical and infrastructure Industries.

Languages These projects were for the following global leaders:

German Imperial Oil (Oil & Gas), Chevron (Oil & Gas), Pfizer
(Pharmaceutical), Siemens(Electrical Infrastructure), CNRL (Oil &
Gas), Kinder Morgan (Infrastructure), Repsol (Oil & Gas), Nexen (Oil
& Gas), Novartis (Pharmaceutical), Transcanada (Infrastructure),
Cenovus (Oil & Gas), Suncor(Oil & Gas), Genzyme (Pharmaceutical)
and Teva (Pharmaceutical).

A little about me.

Originally from Ireland, I live in Calgary in Alberta Canada.

I am an advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project user and I have

experience in using SAP, Deltek Cobra and Ares Prism to plan and
control significant scopes of work.

Over the years, I have experienced several poorly planned, chaotic

and demoralizing projects.
These experiences really motivated me to find proven process and
techniques that allowed for the thoughtful, efficient and well executed
project delivery.

In my experience, the increase in project data and industry changes

means that project control professionals need to work extra hard at
defining project requirements, scope and work breakdown structure.

I have documented the data analysis tools and project planning

techniques that I have found useful on my website.
