8 Carried out ultrasonic cleaning the main casing. (Item F) 5 nos.

9 Carried out ultrasonic cleaning the bearing housing T/E. (Item G) 5 nos.

10 Carried out ultrasonic cleaning the bearing housing C/E. (Item H) 5 nos.

11 Carried out ash blasting the compressor outlet casing. (Item J) 5 nos.

2 Carried out repaired thread by hand tapping for main casing

bolt hole.

3 Carried out repaired thread by hand tapping for compressor

120 holes
outlet casing bolt hole.

4 Make hole by drilling for nameplate. 3 holes

5 Carried out ash blasting the elbow pipe. 3 nos.

6 Carried out ash blasting the nozzle clamping plate. 5 nos.

7 Provided manpower including tools & equipment to assist

specialist on disassembling & assembling work for 5 units
turbocharger rotor.
