I. INTRODUCTION
Briefly state the objectives of the work and provide an
adequate background of the project. The Introduction should
state the purpose of the investigation and must include
appropriate citations of relevant preceding work but should not
include an extensive review of marginally related literature.
The purpose statement should clearly outline how the work
relates to the advancement of existing problem. It should also
describe briefly the work presented in the paper. <Avoid a
