Points need to be discussed
1. Responsible IBP’s PIC to be available to IES at all time during unloading. 2. No 18 - Contracts and procedure to be followed 3. No 7 – COA as per contract at POL barge 4. No 18 – COW as per contract at POD tank, 5. any other tests are noncontractual and should not delay the procedure of unloading. 6. Jasindo survey must be totally independent with joint instructions 7. Berthing slot confirmation a. IES to inform IBP on laycan, 7 days before arrival b. IBP to confirm berthing slot c. Ship will sail upon IBP confirmation d. Any delay in berthing more than 24 hours will be at IBP responsible 8. Payment of 90% by copy documents only Invoice and BL originals to reach IBP before vessel arrives
