Job Summary:
Manage daily activities of notices received from the agencies to ensure accurate and timely processed
transactions and effective responses to related inquiries. Develop strong working relationships with US Staff
business partners to enhance overall team effectiveness. Monitor and forecast production volumes and
adjust resources accordingly. Identify and communicate opportunities and risks through analyzing
department performance and processes. Present ideas and challenges to US Leadership Staff and work
with peers to implement solutions. Develop associate talent through continual assessment and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Team achieves stated objectives (i.e., SLAs, metrics, etc.)
Provide leadership for trainer and team of Amendment Specialists
Provide coaching/counseling
Monitor Associate performance and provide feedback, coaching and counseling as needed
Interface with US Leadership and Staff
Provide feedback/recommendations (regarding process, service, etc.) to US Leadership Staff
