1. Reference: Memo from RCDS, NCRPO dated March 2, 2017 relative to

the above subject.

2. This pertains to the desire for internal cleansing of the organization against
“Police Scalawags.” The CPNP’s message is that the PNP Uniformed Personnel
who are involved in all kinds of illegal activities need to have soul searching in order
to do away from their nefarious activities.

3. In this regard, submitted are the Spiritual Nourishment activities of PNP

Uniformed Personnel conducted by this District for the month of May 2019.

On May 24, 2019 PEMS De Jesus, Dennis conducted
spiritual enrichment to the DCADD/D5 personnel.

On May 9, 2019, at about 6:00 P.M. PLT ROMEO

LORENZO with SCADS personnel attended the
Eucharistic Mass and flower offering in honor of the
blessed Virgin Mary to enhance moral and spiritual
upliftment of personnel of this Station that was held at
Sto. Niño de Tondo Parish, L.Chacon St. Tondo,
Manila.

PS 1 On May 10, 2019, 2:00 A.M. Rev. Fr. REY IBAÑEZ,

NCRPO Chaplain together with Pastors Arnel Cruz and
Rufino Tolentino conducted visitation/blessed and
prays personnel of this Station as part of the Internal
cleansing of the PNP and for the Honest, Peaceful, and
Credible Midterm Election 2019.

On May 20, 2019 from 9:00 A.M-10:00 A.M, Personnel

of Smokey Mountain PCP, participated in the values
formation and spiritual enhancement initiated by Pastor
Noel Lenogon of Bless our Cops as part of the internal
cleansing of the PNP that was held at Gagalangin PCP
with a total of five (5) participants attended the said
activity.
 On May 20, 2019 from 10:30 A.M-11:30 A.M, personnel
of Pritil PCP, participated in the values formation and
spiritual enhancement initiated by Pastor Noel Lenogon
of Bless our Cops as part of the internal cleansing of
the PNP that was held at Gagalangin PCP with a total
of eight (8) participants attended the said activity.

That on May 2, 2019 at about 7:30 PM Personnel of

Dagupan Outpost led by PLT MONICO T SUMALA,
Outpost Commander attended HOLY MASS In
celebrations of Feast of Sta. Monica to be held on May
5, 2019 at Barangay 49 Under Chairman Boy Dionisio

On May 6, 2019 at around 1:30 PM, Pastor Mark
Tobias of Uniform in Men Ministry conducted spiritual
Nourishments to Sampaloc PS-4 Personnel under the
direct supervision PSUPT ANDREW M AGUIRRE,
Station Commander at Sampaloc Police Station along
G Tuazon St., corner Algeciras St., Sampaloc Manila. It
is relevant to state that the police service upholds and
exalts the value of humility by enjoining its members to
ever recognize the fact that they are public servants,
not the master of the people and that they should
perform their duties without arrogance and
overbearingness. Likewise to develop moral, spiritual
and guidance in the proper execution of their duties and
obligations.
On May 12, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM MPD
conducted Moral and Spiritual Nourishment to all
personnel under the supervision of the undersigned
officiated by Pastor Mark Vincent Tobias of Men in
Uniform Ministry at Station Base located along G.

Tuazon St, corner Algeciras St, Sampaloc, Manila. It is
relevant to state that the police service upholds and
exalts the value of humility by enjoining its members to
ever recognize the fact that they are public servants,
not the master of the people and that they should
perform their duties without arrogance and
overbearingness. Likewise to develop moral, spiritual
and guidance in the proper execution of their duties.
On May 27, 2019 at around 7:30 AM onwards
conducted Moral and Spiritual Nourishment to all
personnel under the supervision of PLTCOL ROBERT
C DOMINGO, Station Commander officiated by PCP
Role during the traditional Monday Flag raising
ceremony at Station Base located along G. Tuazon St,
corner Algeciras St, Sampaloc, Manila. It is relevant to
state that the police service upholds and exalts the
value of humility by enjoining its members to ever
recognize the fact that they are public servants, not the
master of the people and that they should perform their
 duties without arrogance and overbears. Likewise to
develop moral, spiritual and guidance in the proper
execution of their duties and obligations.
On May 20, 2019 8:30AM to 9:30AM Spiritual
Upliftment and Bible Study led by Rev. Pastor Noel
Dancel Cortez of Bless our, attended by personnel of
this station under the leadership of PLTC IGMEDIO B
BERNALDEZ, Station Commander PS-5 together with
PS 5 NAPCO OJT, conducted at Ermita Police Station PS-5,
Katigbak Drive, Ermita Manila, purposed is to conduct
spiritual enhancement and bible study as part of
Intensified Internal Cleansing of the PNP Organization.

On May 6, 2019 at about 7:20 AM, Pastor. Domingo

Riva of God People’s Church conducted a Spiritual
Enrichment and lecture about the words of God with
police personnel of Sta. Ana Police Station during the
traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at PS6
PS 6 Headquarters, Plaza Hugo, Sta. Ana, Manila. The said
activity aims to strengthen our personnel in religious
events that would help prevent from engaging in any
illegal activities. A total of 80 police uniformed and non-
uniformed personnel were attended at the said activity.
On May 6, 2019 around 7:30 AM, Pastor Anthony
Perez of The Lord is My shepherd Fellowship,
conducted Spiritual Nourishment of PNP Uniformed
Personnel and Spiritual Guidance as part of PNP
Internal Cleansing in personnel of MPD Police Station 7
at Jose Abad Santos Police Station PS-7.

On May 10, 2019 around 8:30 AM, Pastor Anthony
Perez of The Lord is My shepherd Fellowship and
Brother Michael Sonny Dacurin of Pagibig Christian
Ministry Inc., conducted Spiritual Nourishment of PNP
Uniformed Personnel and Spiritual Guidance as part of
PNP Internal Cleansing in personnel of MPD Police
Station 7 at Jose Abad Santos Police Station PS-7.

Office visitation conducted by the Regional Chaplain,

NCRPO led by REV. FR. PCPT REY A IBAÑEZ
regarding Internal Cleansing through spiritual
interventions on May 10, 2019 at 4:20 AM.

 Pastor Jose Reynatus B Sumayod conducted spiritual
enrichment to the personnel of this Police Station
during the Command Visit 2019 on May 16, 2019,
10:00AM. This activity was being conducted in line with
the PNP’s Internal Cleansing.

In line with the PNP's internal cleansing, Pastor Jose

Reynatus Sumayod conducted moral recovery and
spiritual upliftment to the personnel of Sta. Mesa Police
Station led by PLTCOL CARLITO U GRIJALDO,
Station Commander, on May 20, 2019 at 7:15 AM.

On May 11, 2019 at about 9:00 am, SCADS personnel

attended mass at St. Anthony Church.

May 6, 2019 at around 7:30 AM, personnel of

Pandacan Police Station under the direct supervision of
PLTCOL ERWIN T DAYAG, Station Commander,
attended the Moral Spiritual Intervention as part of PNP
PS 10 campaign on Internal Cleansing among our rank and to
strengthen our personnel in religious events that would
help prevent from engaging in any illegal activities led
by Pastor Nilo Balbon of Jesus Never Fail Ministry and
member of Advisory Council.
Spiritual Nourishment to PNP personnel conducted by
Pastor Ramon Dela Cruz of United Evangelical Church
during the Traditional Flag Raising and Awarding
Ceremony on May 6, 2019 at 7:00AM in front of the
Station. Likewise, participated by personnel of this
Station under the supervision of PLTCOL

Spiritual Nourishment to PNP personnel and Dialogue
with Fr. Andy Lim of Minor Basilica of San Lorenzo Ruiz
Church on May 7, 2019 at 2:30PM at San Lorenzo Ruiz
Church, Binondo, Manila.
 PSSg Ariel Briones, SCAD PNCO under the
supervision of PLT MARIBEL F CASAYURAN, Chief,
SCAD conducted Dialogue with Pastor Ramon Dela
Cruz of United Evangelical Church on May 20, 2019 at
10:00AM. They discuss about the regular scheduled
Spiritual Nourishment of the PUPC and PNP personnel
of this Station.
