DEBATES AND DELIBERATIONS

Member shall speak once; exception 2/3 vote of the members present; same question or same
motion, same day.

FINAL VOTE:
Bills shall be submitted to final vote after printed
copies thereof in final form have been distributed to
the members at least three (3) days prior to voting on
the bill except when the Chief Minister certifies to the
necessity of their immediate enactment to meet a
public calamity or emergency, in which case the voting
may take place immediately after the approval of the
amendments.
