CONDITIONS FOR CALL LETTER

1) Candidate shall show the Call Letter along with ID such as Aadhaar Card / PAN / Voter ID / Passport at the entrance of the
Test Center on the day of the tests, failing which the candidate will not be allowed for the tests.

2) The Candidate shall bring 2 passport size photographs attested by an Officer not below the Gazetted Rank without fail for
admission at Test Center.

3) The Candidate has to report at the Test Center one hour before the scheduled time of the scheduled date only. In case of
absence on the scheduled date he shall forfeit his right for recruitment process.

4)
Any details found contrary to the details furnished in the online application shall be liable for rejection at the test center

5) Applicant will be allowed to attend the Pole climbing test, Meter reading test & Cycle riding test at three district centres only
based on his circle options.

6) All the Experience certificates & Qualifications / Study / Residence / Community / Sports certificates should be shown in
original and produce 2 sets of attested copies of originals along with the copy of the online application duly downloading from
the website at the time of test. Otherwise, his candidature will not be considered for the tests.

7) APSPDCL reserves the right to Accept / Reject any applicant for the pole climbing and other tests without assigning any
reasons and the decision of APSPDCL management is final in all aspects.
8) Mere calling for tests and qualifying in the Tests does not vest any right to the applicant to claim appointment. After qualifying
in Pole climbing test, Meter reading test & Cycle riding tests, final selections will be made based on Qualification (as specified
in detailed notification) Experience Merit Presidential Order and Rule of Reservation
in detailed notification) Experience, Merit, Presidential Order and Rule of Reservation.
