EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The proponents decided to name the business as BoXnack, and it is owned by five (5)
business partners sharing equal rights to the business.

BoXnack is located at San Isidro, Masantol, Pampanga. The business is operating


from 5:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday. It offers affordable ad convenient fast
served meals with a “food-in-a-box” concept. Its target market is the Drivers,
workers, and students ages 13- above but 60 below. The required capital to put up this
business is only Php400, 000.00.

The business has the main head which manages overall affairs regarding the business
including the employees. There is one (1) Store manager, two (2) chef/cook, and two
(2) working staff. Each has different roles in running the business.

Boxnack has multiple reliable and credible supplier for raw materials and packaging
supples. The proponents’ basis on the number of supplies that will be purchase from
the supplier is their competitors. Having studied the proper utilization and proper
management of resources in the best way possible, the proponents believe that the
business can be successful and is viable.

We thank Sir Reimon Guevarra, for his kindness to let us stay in the computer
laboratory and letting us use the internet for our some researches. Also thanks to Sir
Jayson, schools security personnel, and to the schools Janitor, for letting us stay in the
school and open our classrooms even school hours is done.
An appreciation to the help of Ms. Jennelle Usi for the creation of our projected
store’s Floor Plan, Exterior and Interior Designs, for it is a hard task to do.
Special thanks to our classmates for helping out in the process of completing this
study. To, Fanchesca Nadine Yumang for the help she provided us in the process.
Giving us extra lessons for the things we don’t fully understand, Thank You. To Mary
Grace Yumang for providing us guide samples while we are having difficulties in
some parts of the study, and Jobelle Diciembre for gaving us a file to help in inputting
datas in Microsoft excel, we thank you for those.
We are also greatful to our group members for their countless effort and unconditional
help in doing this study. To Aicea Louis Torno, for lending his laptop, a major need in
doing this study. To Ella Mae Santos, Joyce Sunga and Priscilla Bonifacio, for your
effort doing the physical works such conducting a survey, interviewing numerous
