New Delhi: The dispute be-
tween Analjit Singh and' his
nephews Malvinder .and
Shivinder, became, more
murkier on Wednesday.
Analjit said Tuesday's
. events had been "orchestrat-
ed and pre-planned by Nim-
mi Singh, mother of Malvin-
der Smgh, and she has tres-
passed on to his property."
When contacted, he said,

Singh Foundation, and Del-
hi Guest House to me."
He said a police complaint
has been filed by"his repre-
sentatives, alleging that
Nimmi Singh has trespassed
on his property, and that her
guard had. physically as-
saulted one of the labourers
working there, on July 4.

the company which owns
the property at 15Aurangzeb
Road, are controlled by him.
Since DGH owns the entire
property, Nimmi Singh's al-
legations that Analjit
Singh's staff trespassed on
her property, do not arise,
says a statement.
On the other hand,
sources in late Dr Parvinder
Singh's family said Nimmi
Singh had met the police on
to register an FlR and take
aCtion against Analjit Singh.
Elaborating on the prop-
erty, the' statement by
Analjit Singh says, besides
15 Aurangzeb Road, DGH
also owns 1 Southend Lane
and 2 Southend Lane. DGH
acquired these properties in
1971 from the members of
Bhai Mohan Singh. family
Avtar Mohan Singh (his
wife), and his three sons late
Dr Parvinder Singh, ManHt
The sale deeds executed
by the sellers in favour of
DGH are registered with the
sub-registrars office, Delhi.
The statement adds that an
eviction notice was filed on 1
Southend Lane, which was
leased to Ranbaxy Labin 1974
for residential use of Dr
Parvinder Singh and his fam-
ily.The company has not paid
rent (to DGH) since 1993.The
suit is pending before court
