How do I activate my WebEx account?

Follow the steps below to activate your WebEx Account

Activate Account/Reset password


1. Click on https://duffandphelps.webex.com
2. Click on Host Log

3. Enter your firstname.lastname and your computer/network password. Click Sign In.

4. You will be prompted to install WebEx productivity tools (do not skip this step!)

Install Productivity Tools for Outlook


5. Click Yes in the WebEx Setup window

6. Click Next > Next > Next > Finish (See screenshots below)

7. Click Finish
8. Close Outlook and reopen it
9. Once you have the WebEx productivity tool installed in outlook, under the
Home tab, click on Schedule Meeting->Account Settings

10. Go to the Instant Meeting tab and enter a generic meeting topic in the Meeting Topic field(For example: John Doe’s
WebEx meeting) and click on OK

Update Profile (Only for employees outside the United States)

11. Click the My WebEx button near the top of the page
12. Click the My Profile button on the left-hand side of the page
13. Scroll down to the “Set default call-in number for the sessions you host or attend section”
14. Remove the numbers displayed in the field on the right by selecting an entry, then click the << Remove button.

15. Select the numbers you would like displayed by default from the field on the left, then click the Add > button.
16. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and then click the Update button.
