2. DoP&T has requested to kindly adhere to the instruction for peripdic review of
Central Government Employees under FR 56(f Xl) and Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules,
1972. Employees, having attained the age of 50, are to be reviewed on the basis of
following grounds:-
i) Medical Condition,
ii) Bio-metric Attendance & Punctuality,
iii) APAR Grading and
iv) Complaints against Individuals.
