This study aims to present the struggles from Sartre, from The
Being and Nothingness and its side texts; how to show the
structures of the Sartrean consciousness always come up as
transcendents from-itself, forcing the subject to be something that
always expresses itself "outself". We have to understand that the
subtitle of his biggest work is An Essay on Phenomenological
Ontology which leads us to a reading that ontology and
phenomenology are the same; to be and to know in the same act.
Thus, the structure of this work is presented as 1) Introduction of
the fundamental concepts of the theory, focusing on the definition
of the basis of Being and Nothingness, the conviction of freedom,
and Sartre's criticism to the unconscious acts. 2) A debate around
the ego structures, the temporality, the intersubjectivity and the
intersubjective relation of the Look. 3) The bad faith as object of
study of the existential psychoanalysis, existential psychoanalysis
as an update of the classical psychoanalysis' concepts, the
comparative reading between Sartre and Politizer in the criticism
of Freud, the echoes of the existential psychoanalysis in a quick
dialogue with Lacan and Merleau-Ponty. 4) The concrete lived and
the criticism of the image thing, the free creative act and the retake
of subjectivity, the relation between the facticity and freedom
situation of the creative act, the violence of the Look avoided in the
classical clinical psychoanalytic, and the limit situation of the
analyst at risk and at the empathic comprehension.
