and fee systems impact on performance of the educational institutes. The result found that

computerized admission and fee system have positive impact on performance of educational

institutes, and this system is very acceptable in educational institutes. The computerized

system developed using the software Visual Basic, an Object-Oriented Programming

visualization tool. The result of the study revealed that this System is “Very Acceptable” as

evaluated by the selected faculty members and staff of the different educational institutions.

This system is very easy to use and reduce chances of errors and it is also time saving. It is very

helpful for students. This should be introduced in all educational institutes that it should be

adopted by the school to help the staff find records of students more easily and faster and the

system should be utilized as a model for future research, especially for technology or computer-

related research studies.

Research Design:

computerized Enrolment System as to its design and functionality.

The Respondents:

The respondents were seven (7) selected faculty and staff of the school. The respondent is

chose according to their capability to evaluate a computer system according to its design and

functionality.

Data Gathering Instrument:

The instrument that was used to measure the acceptability of the study was a questionnaire

checklist.

For every item in the questionnaire, there were four choices with their corresponding rating

value:

The respondents were asked to put a check mark inside the bracket which corresponds to their

responses on the acceptability of the construction design and functionality of the computerized

admission fee enrollment System.

Data-Gathering Procedure:

Upon completion of the computerized System, a questionnaire-checklist was prepared,

validated, and conducted with the cooperation of the seven (7) selected respondents.

Respondents were gathered in a room and the computerized System is shown and introduced

for them to evaluate.

Statistical Tools, Analysis, and Interpretation of Data:

The statistical tools used in determining the acceptability of the computerized System were by

means of getting responses towards the different statements about the computerized fee and

admission system.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION:

As we know our problem and developed study to find out the impact of computerized fee and

admission systems on performance of educational institutions. The system is evaluated by a

shows the response on the design of the system. The panel rated the system as “Very

Acceptable” in all aspects of the design.

This study developed a computerized admission system for education institutions. The system

is evaluated by a panel of faculty and staff of the institution based on its design and the

Conclusion:

The result found that computerized admission and fee system have positive impact on

performance of educational institutes, and this system is very acceptable in educational

institutes. This system helps to reduce errors and it is not time consuming just one click and you

will get what you want and it helps to secure record and it also help students who want to take

admission who does not know about admission fill form on computer and send them all, no

need to stand in the saddle. Students can check fee on websites and can deposits fee by mobile

banks. When students visit offices for fee or about admissions information staffs tell and give

information to every student and provide resources. Due to use of computer every document

following recommendations are advanced, namely, that this system is very easy to use and

reduce chances of errors. This system should be introduced in all educational institutes that it

should be adopted by the school to help the staff find records of students more easily and

faster and the system should be utilized as a model for future research, especially for

technology or computer-related research studies.

Advantages of the System:

The following are the advantages when using the computerized system.

1. Storing and retrieving student’s file/record will be easy.

2. The work of the staff will be less strenuous in finding or editing the file/record of a

Students.

3. Enrolment and fee related issues problems will be done more easily and faster.

(Sadeghi-Bazargani et al., 2007; Olatubosun and Charles, 2012) and academic information

system (Nget al., 2011).

In this study, this particular software was used to make a computerized fee and admission

system and was found to have high acceptability in terms of design and functionality. Based on

these results, a computerized system should be promoted as this considerably improves the

administrative efficiency in the educational sector.
