INSULATION KIT TYPES

TYPE E (FULL FACE GASKET) TYPE F (RIN G GAS KET)

This gasket kit provides complete protection of both
flange faces. The gasket has same outside diameter of
flanges. This feature will prevent collection of foreign
matter between the flange faces to ensure complete
cathodic isolation.
This gasket is manufactured to fit only the raised face
surface of the flanges. Outside diameter of the gasket
is designed to be slightly less than the inside diameter
of the bolt circle. It is recommended that the flanges be
wrapped to prevent foreign material from "shorting
out" the flanges.

TAG-SEAL TYPE D (Gaskets)

This gasket has a sealing element bonded in both faces of To fit RTJ flanges, we offer CE and LE grade phenolic and
the gasket and can be furnished in Type E full face Gasket glass filled Teflon.
~ or Type F ring gasket. TAG-SEAL gives the resilience of
an a-ring and maintains constant contact with the flange
face. Gaskets are offered in any of the materials listed on
specification sheet with Nitrile, Viton, Silicone, Teflon or
expanded Teflon as the sealing element.
