I, CASSANDRA MONDRAGON, of legal age, married, Filipino

citizen, and a resident of Brgy. Dumlog, Talisay City, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby answer
the questions asked of me in this Judicial Affidavit, fully conscious that
I do so under oath, and that I may face criminal liability for false
testimony or perjury, as follows:

Q1: Mrs. witness mahimo ba nga isaysay nimo kung kinsa ka ug

uban pang mga personal nga impormasyon bahin nimo?
(Mrs. Witness can you please state your name and personal
circumstances?)

A1: Ako si Cassandra Mondragon, naa sa saktong pangidaron,

minyo ug nagpuyo sa Brgy. Dumlog, Talisay, dakbayan sa
Sugbo.
(I am Cassandra Mondragon, of legal age, married and a
resident of Brgy. Dumlog, Talisay City, Cebu.)

Q2: Unsa man ang imong propisyon?

(What is your profession?)

A2: Mi gradwar ko sa kurso nga Education apan wala ko magtrabaho

isip usa ka maestra.
(I have a degree in Education but I did not practice such
profession.)

Q3: So unsa man ang imong panginabuhi?

(So what are your source of income?)

A3: Wala koy trabaho kay anaa ra ko sa balay nag atiman sa akong
tulo ka mga anak, apan adunay mi negosyo nga paabangan nga
lima ka tricle (pedicab). Ang akong bana, usa ka company driver.
(I am a fulltime housewife but we have a small renting business
for pedicabs. My husband works as a company driver.)
Q4: Giunsa man nimo pagkaila sa kihante nga si Sulpicio Gonzales,
Sr?
(How do you come to know the complainant, Sulpicio Gonzales,
Sr?)

Q4: Sa pagkatinuod wala ko makaila niya sa personal, ni makakita

sa personal. Nakita ko lang sya kausa sa telebisyon niadtong
may panahon nga gi-interview siya isip usa ka Secretary sa DOJ.
Unya sa radyo na nako usab nadungog iyang pangalan sa pipila
ka mga adlaw nga sigehan siya ug kritiko sa mga magsisibya.
(I actually don’t know him personally; neither saw him in person.
I just saw him once in the television when he was interviewed as
the DOJ Secretary. After that, I only heard his name again in the
radio for several days as the hot topic of the radio hosts.)

Q5: Unsa man nga programa ug estasyon sa radyo nimo nadungog

kini mga kritiko bahin ni Mr. Sulpicio Gonzales, Sr.?
(From what radio program and station you have heard critics on
Mr. Sulpicio Gonzales, Sr?

A5: Sa radyo DYOK 720, sa programang “Reklamo Publiko” ni Mr.

Rizal Fajardo.
(From the DYOK 720 radio station, in the program entitled
“Reklamo Publiko” of Mr. Rizal Fajardo.)

Q6: Ngano man nga nakapaminaw ka niadtong mga orasa sa

programang “Reklamo Publiko”?
(How did you come to listen to the program “Reklamo Publiko”?
A6: Usa ako sa mga suking tigmaminaw sa DYOK. Sa tinuoray, ako
ang kasamtangang Presidente sa DYOK Avid Listeners Club
(DALC).
(I am one of the avid listeners of DYOK 720. In fact, I am the
current President of the DYOK Avid Listeners Club.)

Q7: Unsa man kining DYOK Avid Listeners Club mahitungod?

(What is this DYOK Avid Listeners Club all about?)

A7: Usa kini ka grupo sa mga suking tigpaminaw nga kada adlaw
nagasubay na sa tanang program sa estasyon. Gani, duna kami
ginapahigayon duha ka beses sulod sa usa ka bulan aron
magkatigum mi ug usa ka pulong para sa among mga aktibidadis
sama sa pag volunteer kun adunay mga outreach program ang
DYOK. Ang DALC usa sa mga listeners club sa DYOK nga aktibo
kada adunay ipahigayon ang maong estasyon nga mga
kalihukan.
(It’s a group of avid listeners who listens to all the programs of
DYOK 720. As a matter of fact, we hold meetings twice a month
for our calendar of activities such as volunteering in every
outreach programs that the station organizes.)

Q8: Unsa may nahitabo niadtong naminaw ka sa maong programa?

Makahinumdum ka ba kun unsa nga mga pulong ang gipanglitok
ni Mr. Rizal Fajardo batok kang Mr. Sulpicio Gonzales, Sr?
(What happened on the program that day? Can you remember
what had Mr. Fajardo says against Mr. Sulpicio Gozales, Sr.?)

A8: Naghisgot si Rizal Fajardo ug bahin kang Sulpicio Gonzales, Sr.

Iyang gipang kritiko ang kaagi ni Gonzales kabahin sa politika ug
gisubay niya ang mga issue mahitungod niini. Ang akong mas
 mahinumduman mao ang iyang mga pulong nga hilabihan ka
bati batok kang Gonzales. Miingon siya nga si Gonzales kuno
usa ka mandurugas ug kawatan. Aduna sad toy ingon niya nga
nag shabu pa more ug kurakot kuno ni si Gonzales ug nga nag
vote buying sya araon makadaug sa politika. Naa pa toy storya
niya nga kini si Gonzales mamayutay ug himabaye kuno, nga
iyang gigasto ang kwarta sa gobyerno para sa iyang mga lake
ug baye.
(Rizal Fajardo mentions about Sulpicio Gonzales, Sr. He
criticized the previous issues of Gonzales in politics. What I
remember most are the things he said about Gonzales which are
too degrading against him. He said that Gonzales was a
“Mandurugas” and a thief. He also mentions about “shabu pa
more” (more shabu) and that Gonzales was a corrupt politician;
that he committed vote buying in order to win in the election. He
also said that Gonzales was “mamayutay ug himababye” (Bi-
sexual), and that he used the public money to provide them
financially.

Q9: Isip usa ka tigpaminaw, unsa may imong nahuna-hunaan ug

gibati bahin sa pagkadungog nimo niadtong mga pulong butok
kang Gonzales?
(As an avid listener, what are your thoughts and how do you feel
about those words uttered against Gonzales?)
Q9: Nakaingon ko nga kalabihan ba diay sa mga binuhatan ni
Gonzales. Ingon ana diay ng pamaagi sa mga politiko? O si
Gonzales ray ingon niana? Sa akong huna2x, ka walay
konsensya gud diay niya nga gigasto ang kwarta sa mga tawo
aron lang sa iyang kalipay. Kabaga gud niya ug nawong, walay
batasan, nangilad sa katawhan. Unya sumala pang Fajardo nga
manglake ug manbaye, sa ato pa “double blade” diay siya. Sus
tungod gyud niadtong mga gipang bulgar ni Fajardo niadtong
 higayona, kaming mga naminaw nakabaton ug kaalam nga
ingon ana diay na si Gonzales kahugaw. Ni suporta pa sa drugs,
nang corrupt pa, namalit ug boto unya kaduha-duhaan sad diay
sa iyang pagkalalake.
(I thought that that’s too much of Gonzales. Is that what
politicians really do? Or is it just Gonzales alone? In my mind, he
has no conscience that he can afford to spent the public funds of
the people just to satisfy his desires. That’s too much of him,
shameless, ill-bred, he swindled the people. Another thing
Fajardo said was he flirt with both man and woman, so in other
words, he’s a bisexual! Huh, because of all Fajardo’s revelations
that time, we the listeners had knowledge on how dirty Gonzales
plays. He supports drugs, corrupts, he buys votes and lastly he
has deceiving gender identity.)

Q10: Ug mituo ka ba sa tanan gipanulte ni Fajardo batok ni Gonzales?

(And do you believe in all what Fajardo said?)

A10: Wala gyud koy basehanan sa tanang mga gipanulte ni Fajardo

apan sa gikaingon ko makahuna2x kong tingale ug tinuod gyud
ang tanan kay inila, sinaligan ug batikang magsisibya si Fajardo
sa radyo, sa ato pa ang iyang mga ipanulte naggikan kana sa
iyang kredibilidad. Makatuo gyud kaming mga maminaw niya
tungod kay sinaligan na gud siya.
(I actually have no basis in all Fajardo’s words but as what I’ve
said, I thought that maybe all are true because he is a well-
known, trusted and expert radio host, that means all what he
says comes from his credibility. Everyone who listens will believe
him because of his credibility.)

Q11: Aduna ka pay laeng ikadugang?

(Do you have anything to add?)
A11: Mao ra kadto akong ma storya.
