JOINT AFFIDAVIT

That we, MARGIE C. BANZUELA, Widow, and MARILYN D. REMOLLO,

married, both of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Barangay Cangmating and
Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, respectively, under oath, do hereby depose and
manifest:

That we personally know spouses, ESTRELLA LINEHAN DICEN, and

ALFONSO CALINGACION DIVINO who was born on May 1, 1963 to parents Roman
Dicen and Herminia Linehan; And born in August 2, 1963 to parents Fermin Divino
and Irene Calingacion, respectively

That ESTRELLA LINEHAN DICEN and ALFONSO C. DIVINO were married

on January 3, 1984 at the St Anthony of Padua Church in Sibulan, Negros Oriental, but
unfortunately, their respective date of Birth were erroneously entered in their Marriage
Contract such as the date of Birth of Alfonso Divino was entered as August 20, 1063,
instead of his true and corr4ect date of Birth which is AUGUST 2, 1963 and that of
ESTRELLA LINEHAN DICEN was entered as Aparil 29, 1963, instead of her true and
correct Date of Birth which is May 1, 1963;

That the name ESTRELLA LINEHAN DICEN who was born in May 1, 1983 as
shown in her Live Birth Certificate and the name ESTRELLA LINEHAN DICEN , who
was born in April 29, 1963, as appearing in her Marriage Contract, refers to just one and
the same person; likewise the name ALFONSO DIVINO who was born in August 2,
1963, as appearing in his Live Birth Certificate and the name ALFONSO DIVINO who
born on August 20, 1963, as appearing in his Marriage Contract refers to just One and the
same person;

That we know all these facts because we are good friends and neighbors in the
Municipality of Sibulan, Negros Oriental for quite sometimes and we executed this
affidavit freely and voluntarily without any considerations or promise whatsoever; but
just to attest the veracity and truthfulness of the statements herein;
