The Brain

The brain is one of the largest and most complex organs in the human body. Brain
may be defined as the center of the human nervous system. The brain is surrounded by a layer
of tissu called the meninges. All human brain have about 86 billion nerve cells. The brain
makes up about 2% of human body weight.

The nucleus functions have a controlling activity in the cell. The nucleusis bounded by a
double membrane called nuclear. In general cell have one nucleus. There are also cells that
have two or more nucleus. The nucleus is located in the middle of the cell. Has a round or
oval shape

The Cytoplasm

The cytoplasm is all of the material within a cell. It is mainly composed of water, salts, and proteins.
The cytoplasm contains all of the organelles. The portion of the cytoplasm that is not contained in the
organelles is called the cytosol. The cytoplasm is the site for most of the enzymatic reactions and
metabolic activity of the cell.

Organism are composed of single cell is amoeba and bacteria. Bacteria can be found in
almost all places : in soil, water, air in symbiosis with other organism as well as parasitic
agent, even in the humans body. Plants, animals and humans are multi cellular organisms

What is Fat?

Fat (English: fat) refers to a large group of natural molecules consisting of elements of carbon,
hydrogen, and oxygen including fatty acids, waxes, sterols, fat-soluble vitamins (for example A, D, E
and K), monoglycerides, diglycerides, phospholipids, glycolipids, terpenoids (including gums and
steroids) etc. Fat is specifically referred to as animal oil at room temperature, apart from its solid or
liquid form, which is present in tissues body called adipose.

The discussion

There was a disscussion in the organization yesterday. The discussion was held to share about how the
last event went last week. There was also a review about things that are lackings while the event was
running. There were many types of reactions regarding the event. The discussion itself is held with the
hope of a better event in the future.

WHAT ARE CARBOHYDRATES?

Carbohydrates are one of the main types of

nutrients. They are the most important source of energy
for your body. Your digestive system changes
carbohydrates into glucose (blood sugar). Your body uses
this sugar for energy for your cells, tissues and organs. It
stores any extra sugar in your liver and muscles for when
it is needed

WATER
Water may be defined as one of important thing to keep us alive. Water that we usually
drink is called mineral water because it contains some minerals. Total water content is 60% to
70% of human body. Your body uses water in all cells and organs. We should drink enough
water to raise our metabolism.

GROWTH OF TREES & PLANTS

Trees and plants are growing to get larger, bigger and taller. The best result is can be
influenced by some factor. There is fertilizer as a food source. Second, trees and plants need to
be put in an open space to be expose to sunlight, the function is to get a good photosynthesis
in the morning at around 8 o’clock as long there is light. In night, can happen too with the help
of flashlight. Still, the best is to get it from the daylight. Last but not least, they need xylem and
flume transportation to transport the water that is given every morning to be absorb by the
ground.

Cells in The Human Body

Cells are the smallest unit of the human body. Cells are divided into two types of cells,

VITAMIN
A vitamin is an organic molecule (or related set of molecules) that is an essential
micronutrient that an organism needs in small quantities for the proper functioning of
its metabolism. Essential nutrients cannot be synthesized in the organism, either at all or not
in sufficient quantities, and therefore must be obtained through the diet. Most vitamins are not
single molecules, but groups of related molecules called vitamers. For example, vitamin E
consists of four tocopherols and four tocotrienols. The thirteen vitamins required by human
metabolism are: vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6,
vitamin B7, vitamin B9, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K.

CARBOHYDRATE

The main carbohydrate function is as a source of energy for the body.

Natural sources of carbohydrate are easily to find, for example grains, seeds, nuts, fruits,
vegetables and milk. Healthy adults need a carbohydrate intake of around 220 – 300 grams per
day. Excessive carbohydrate consumption can increase the risk of various disease, such as
obesity, diabetes and heart disease. When lack of carbohydrate, the body will weaken and take
protein and fat for energy

acids. The sctructure and function of our bodies depend on proteins. The regulation of the
body’s cells, tissues, and organs cannot happen without theam. Proteins also work as
neurotransmitters.

The Importance of Nutrition as an Energy Procedure

Humans have different characteristics. Different lifestyles, ranging from consuming
healthy foods to fast food, carrying out light activities to carrying out excessive activities.

“ LYSOSOME”

Lysosom is a membrane-bound organelle found in many animal cells and most

plant cells. They are spherical vesicles that contain hydrolytic enzymes that can break
down many kinds of biomolecules. A lysosome has a specific composition, of both its
membrane proteins, and its lumenal proteins. Optimal for the enzymes involved in
hydrolysis, analogous to the activity of the stomach. The lysosome is involved in various
cell processes, including secretion, plasma membrane repair, cell signaling, and energy
metabolism.

Cholesterol

Cholesterol is a type of fat that is found in cell membranes. Most cholesterol is produced
by the liver, which can also be obtained through the food you consume. Meat, fish, eggs, butter,
cheese, and milk all contain cholesterol. Fruits, vegetables, and grains (like oatmeal) do not
have cholesterol. Cholesterol has a very important role in the body because it not only forms
cell membranes, but also other common biosynthetic pioneers, including sex hormones and
bile acids.

GOLGI APPARATUS

Golgi apparatus is a membrane-bound organelle of eukaryotic cells. The golgi

apparatus is responsible for transporting, modifying and packaging protein and lipids for
delivery for targeted destinations. It is located in the cytoplasm next to the endoplasmic
reticulum and near the cell nucleus. While many types of cells contain only one or several
Golgi apparatus, plant cells can contain hundreds. In general, the Golgi apparatus is made up
of approximately four to eight cisternae, although in some single-celled organisms it may
consist of as many as sixty cisternae.

can be called a protoplasm outside the cell nucleus. Cytoplasmic structure there are two parts
starting from the outside and inside. Cell organelles are places where there are parts of cells
suspended. Some cell organelles in the cytoplasm are endoplasmic reticulum, golgi apparatus,
lysosomes, mitochondria, core membranes, and centrioles.
