iterations. In the spiral model, planning is the starting phase, then the requirements are gath-
ered and risk is assessed for a given software project. Each subsequent spirals builds on the
baseline spiral. In case of Customer Relationship Management System, the aim of each spiral
would be to refine both the algorithm and the knowledge base until it is in the satisfactory
accuracy range.
