a) Date of Incorporation
b) Registered address as per MCA site, If no INC- 22 to be taken

3) MOA & AOA:

a) Business activity (Risk rating factor)

b) UBO details/ Shareholding pattern
c) Check capital with MCA if different then SH-7 to be taken
d) Initial Directors if different from MCA – DIR12 to be taken

4) Board Resolution (BR) :

a) On Company Letter Head and properly dated with mention
of the date of Board Meeting.
b) Signed by two directors/ Company Secretary / MD if he is not the signatory
c) Signature of the signing directors to be matched with the proofs provided
d) Visa date of the signing directors to be checked with the Board meeting date

5) List of Directors - Check with MCA, DIR-12 to be taken if any change.

6) CPV – Date and time of the visit

7) Authorised Signatory documents:

a) PAN Card/ Form 60

b) Passport
c) Valid Visa either Business or Employment
d) FRRO for domestic address proof/ In case of Business Visa,
Utility Bill or Letter from the Employer (TO BE SIGNED BY OTHER DIRECTOR).
