DENTIST

 Diagnosing oral diseases.


 Make an annual records of employee for their dental/oral care
 Promoting oral health and disease prevention.
 Creating treatment plans to maintain or restore the oral health of the
employees.
 Interpreting x-rays and diagnostic tests if any.
 Recommends possible oral health care treatment to the employees.

General Function: Dentists' oversight the clinical team in ensuring safe and
effective oral care.

Safety Coordinator

OSH Coordinator assists the OSH Head and both are responsible for planning,
implementing and overseeing company's employee safety at work. Their main
duty is to ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to Occupational
Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines to to reduce work-related injuries.

Safety Coordinator duties and responsibilities

 Plan and implement OHS policies and programs


 Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics
 Prepare educational seminars on a regular basis
 Review existing policies and procedures
 Adhere to all the rules and regulations
 Work with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety
 Conduct risk assessment together with other safety officer
 Enforce preventative measures
 Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions
 Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and
regulations
 Other functions included as per mandatory requirements.
 Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine
causes
 Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could
harm employees' safety
 Oversees the functions of the OSH Committees and sub committees.
 Facilitates meetings with the sub committee head together with the Osh
Head
 Maintains documentation and records of meetings, reports and other
documents related to or in connections to OSH Committee.

Safety Coordinator requirements and qualifications


 Working knowledge of safety management information system
 Outstanding organizational skills
 Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
 Team player
 Good time-management skills
 Great interpersonal and communication skills
 Experienced and responsible Safety Officer with a rank appointment of
SO3
 Full time permanent em[ployee.
