When we say DECILES it divides the data or score in to
ten equal part, and they denoted as D1,D2,D3…..D9.
For example.
The image of the ruler.
D1-is the score w/c 10% of the score below it and 90%
above it.
D2-is the score w/c has 20% of the score below it and
80% above it..
Up to
D9-is the score w/c has 90% of the score below it and
10% above it.
In the deciles we have a formula to find the position of
D1 up to D9,.
=3(11)/10
=33/10
D =3.3

=55/10
=5.5 or 6.
