 Looking physical parameters/healthiness of machines/vessels during of operation and process
and report to shift engineer about the abnormalities, deviation. Also maintain the record in
logbook on daily basis.
 Carry out Flawless & Smooth and safe Startup as well as shut down through FIELD according
to the SOP in case of emergency or preplan action.
 In turn round involve in all activities like purging the equipment and vessels, hydro testing, system
pressurization, leakage detecting test.
 Regulars done routine job i.e. flushing, pump change over and problems like mechanical,
instrument problems detection & hand over to relative department with safety work permit with
the help of shift engineer.
 During shift find out the BBS (behavior based safety) and Hazard and report it.
 Follow the SOP and evacuate the risk by RISK ASSEMENT while carried out any job.

Equipment Handled: Compressors, Reactor, Distillation column, Heat Exchangers, Ejector, Driers,
Nozzles, Filters, High Pressure Centrifugal & Reciprocating Pump, and Oil/Water Separator Etc.
Chemical Handled: Ethylene, iso pentane, Butene, Hydrogen, Methyl di Ethanol amine, Carbon di
oxide, Hexane and other chemicals.

1. Knowledge of handling field operations of HDS, primary reformer, secondary reformer, CO shift
converter, CO2 removal and Methanation section, synthesis loop (S200 & S50 reactors) ,
ammonia process condensate recovery refrigeration and Process gas recovery unit.
2. Experience of attending 1 backend trip and 2 shutdowns due to problems in syngas compressor
of ammonia Production plant.
3. Experience in AMMONIA STORAGE and VAM handling and its various field operations. I
performed calculations of AMMONIA STORAGE as project at while working at Tata chemicals.
5. Having knowledge of TRIP & LOGICS.
4. Worked as a member of 5- S team at TCl, Babarala.
5. Having enrollment in flash vessel commissioning which produces 3 MT/day steam.

I have summer internship experience for one month in “SRF LTD MALANPUR, BHIND (M.P.).
This company make Nylon cord that used in the manufacturing of tire.
I did it under the guidance of H.R. Mr. Santosh Pathak & Mr. Ajay Shivastava (H.O.D).
