The undersigned accuse JUAN DE LA CRUZ of the crime of

ROBBERY in an inhabited place, committed as follows:

That on or about the 15th day of JULY, 2018, in Quezon City,

Philippines, the above-named accused, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously with intent to gain, by means of force upon
things, forcibly enter the residence of one ALEX ATKINSON REYES
located along No. 109 Cowey St., Batasan Hills, Brgy. Bagumbayan,
Quezon City, by destroying the window lock of the said house, where
accused got entry and once inside, the said accused, took, robbed and carried
away, One (1) Apple MacBook Pro 15” laptop computer worth
Php80,000.00 Philippine Currency, belonging to ALEX ATKINSON
REYES, to the damage and prejudice of the said offended party in the
amount of Php80,000.00 Philippine Currency.
