being Stressed? Is it Time? Is it for Pleasure or Reward?

4. Recognize What Do You Eat


How it is grown? How it is killed? How it is got acquired? How it is processed? How it
is served?

Is it good for your body? Is it bad? Is it gonna make you healthy? Is It gonna make
you sick?

Engaging your senses by noticing the colors, smells, sounds, textures, and
flavors.
 EAT IN SMALL PORTION
Make you healthy and have a long life.
 EAT SLOWLY
Chew slowly until Liquid form. Put utensil down each bite.
