 Contents

 In this document is to get brief description about how to create polygon with the help of
Atoll and Mapinfo.
 This is the Common process and can be followed for all Markets except UPNY. In UPNY
we have to Give some additional files.
 For Cluster and MSV need to take tier-1 sites and Create Polygon with the combination
of transmitter and RSRP Plot.
 In UPNY Market nee to provide Polygon for -107 (outdoor), Transmitter and RSRP plot
with legends for different bearers. Same is to follow for Cluster and MSV in all Market.
 Extra care need to take while preparing UPNY Polygon for more accuracy.

NOTE-Please Don’t Forgot to insert site name and Rename the polygon according the
RNDCIQ Data in the End.

Steep:11-Test carrier transmitter activate and deactivate rest of remaining Transmitters .To Activate right click on transmitter and
Click on Properties. A window will Pop up and check Active box. For deactivate transmitter uncheck this active Box.

Step:11-After Activate Transmitters expand the
Predictions. As per AT&T Guidelines we have to take
RSRP outdoor on Range -107.To get this right Click
on RSRP indoor and open Properties. A window will
Pop up. Uncheck the indoor Coverage Box and
Select RSRP range -107 instead of -108.Change also
legend name in legend colum.

Step:13-First Calculate coverage with all RSRP
range -90 to -126.after this take Export the Coverage
on RSRP -107 and save type as .tab Format.
Step:To follow same calculate and export in.tab for
Step:13 Coverage by transmitter.

before draw the polygon.
