Said conduct occurred when CHADWICK SCOTT WILSON aka CHAD WILSON, Apache Junction Unified School District superintendent, knowingly authorized performance pay for district administrators without Governing Board approval. COUNT 3 MISUSE OF PUBLIC MONIES On or between November 1, 2015 and April 30, 2017, CHADWICK SCOTT WILSON aka CHAD WILSON, a person charged with the receipt, safekeeping, transfer or disbursement of public money, without authority of law, did knowingly appropriate it, or any portion thereof, to his own use, or to the use of another, in violation of A.R.S, §§35-301(1), 35-302, 13-701, 13- 702 and 13-801. Said conduct occurred when CHADWICK SCOTT WILSON aka CHAD WILSON, Apache Junction Unified School District superintendent, knowingly authorized professional development instruction compensation for district administrators without Governing Board approval.COUNT 4 MISUSE OF PUBLIC MONIES On or between September 1, 2015 and July 31, 2016, CHADWICK SCOTT WILSON aka CHAD WILSON, a person charged with the receipt, safekeeping, transfer or disbursement of public money, without authority of law, did knowingly appropriate it, or any portion thereof, to his own use, oF to the use of another, in violation of A.R.S, §§35-301(1), 35-302, 13-701, 13- 702 and 13-801.
