● The usage of SLES in the products is quite huge, around 22-23

tonnes per month
● The price of SLES sold in isotank is cheaper, 5-6% less than
the drummed SLES
● The leadtime to dilute SLES in the products contribute 5-8% of
total processing time

● Check on the SLES Usage per month (average)

● Design the main process for SLES dilution
● Design layout for SLES dilution
● Calculate total capital needed for the system
● Calculate total saving (processing and cost reduction in
materials)
● Conduct economical feasibility on the system

● Review layout and time line for packaging warehouse

● Check on the truck dimension and traffic inside J2 plant
● Check on the additional process needed (truck scale,
modification of processing tank and so on)
● Review tank calculation and piping needed for the system
installation
