1.Driver shall have Valid RTO issued crane operating license.

2. Safety Person should be check farana crane third party
inspection documents ( form No. 11& Insurance etc.)
3.Safety Induction, Evaluation & TBT training covering the
requirements of safe operations inside the premises to all the Concerned
persons involved in the fharane movement (drivers, banksman Supervisor
etc) will be given by HSE Personnel’s.
4.Safety Inspection of fharana should be done before allowing
the site movement.
5. The permission of farana is given only after the permit
procedure is completed.

1.TBT will be given to the Workers.

2. Follow speed limit (15 km/hr)

6. Proper and correct clamps to be used for load lifting.
