Memorandum Circular No. 2016-02 pertaining to the Creation of Agricultural

Engineering Division/Section in the Agricultural Offices of the 1 st to 3rd Class

Local Government Units, for inquiry whether said position/office is mandatory,

requiring budgetary allocation in view of the adoption of Municipal Ordinance

No 01, Series of 2019.
