1. Review the original design and evaluate the suitability and feasibility of adopting Pre cast construction or any system.
2. Assess the dimensions of the grid spacing used in the original design and modify where necessary as per the
modular co-ordination can be applied.
3. Review and elaborate the need to adjust floor layout and external elevations to facilitate pre caste or any system.
4. Draw/Design approach Substitute in situ building components with precast or prefabricated components or any
system.
5. Draw and Propose new schematic design for your housing cluster with core. (individual basis one
A2sheets_Monochromatic)
