Custodian Issues: Himayin natin

1. include the receipt, issuance, and maintenance, safekeeping of supplies, materials and equipment and
other properties and facilities of the school.

*Receipt - dapat present ang custodian sa delivery ng supplies

*Issuance - nakaspecify po yan sa delivery receipt kung para kanino or si school head ang magdedecide
depende sa needs ng teachers

*Maintenance - fuctional ba or hindi. well documented dapat. so ano na gagawin kung not functional?
repair, dispose etc.?

*Safekeeping - well protected including ang mga documents kahit pa yan ay inabutan po lang natin

*Supplies, Materials, Equipment, Facilities - hindi lang supplies at equipments. Again documented po
dapat

2. Teachers designated as Property Custodians but who continue to have regular teaching loads (of at
least 2 but not beyond 4) shall render services on part-time basis and shall remain in the teachers’ leave
basis. Any work done within the school premises in excess of 8 hours during the regular school days shall
be given additional compensation or overtime pay.

* So pwede hanggang 4 loads.

* Yung excess lang po ng 8 hours during school days ang counted. Yung related sa custodian duties if
other duties yan ex. DLL prep di yan kasama sa credit. Di po counted ang lunch break sa 8 hours.

* Maximum 15 days lang po ang service credit

* Pwede po mafull-time Custodian if more than 2000 ang population ng learners AT walang shortage
ang teaching force

3. Teachers designated on part-time basis as Property Custodians and who are required to render
services during the summer vacation to conduct property inventory after the closing and before the
opening of classes shall likewise be granted vacation service credits of not more than 15 days, also
exclusive of the 15 days limitation.

* Again kung nirequire lang po tayo (be sure na black and white). Closing AND Opening. AND po talaga
di pde closing lang. supported by accomplishment report. Custodian duty po uli. kung RPMS po ginawa
nyo di po pde yun

4. The designation of a teacher to perform as Property Custodian whether on part-time or full-time basis
shall be recommended by the School Head to the Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) provided that a
certification is issued by the School Head that all teacher needs have been met and no additional
teachers are needed in the near future;

* Si school head po mag-rerecommend. SDS mag-approve. yearly po yan. notarized!

5. Custodian during the summer vacation together with the duly signed daily time record (DTR) for
approval

*Secure po tayo ng DTR kung mag-aavail ng vacation credit

6. The accumulated vacation service credits of teachers shall be used to offset absences of teachers due
to illness
