SUMMARY
I am an energetic, optimistic, and self-motivated young adult interested in Music (Classical and
Hip-hop), Statistics, and Economics, with a diverse set of experiences and skills. I am a senior
at Princeton High School and the Juilliard Pre-College Division. I have received professional
flute training since the age of seven and performed in Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and
concert halls in China and Europe. I actively volunteer in my community and use music as a
way to enrich my community, bring people together, and raise awareness about autism. I have
written five hip-hop songs that infuse classical music into rap, partly by sampling Mozart and
Tchaikovsky, and by incorporating my own flute pieces. I speak English and Mandarin Chinese
fluently, and I studied Spanish in high school.

- Responsible for developing team talent and driving the implementation of strategic plans and the
delivery of program goals

- Engaged dozens of top-tier classical musicians to participate in the initiative

- Organized eight music concerts and speaking tours in China and the U.S. that have reached over
10,000 students with the message of acceptance, a key step in changing the public’s perception of
autism

- Recorded CD with other four internationally renowned young flutists together. All proceeds from the
CD go toward the Eden Special Needs School in New Jersey and the Nanjing Xuanwu Special
School in Nanjing, China

- Chief Representative for Emergency Management - Qindao International Flute Festival。

VOLUNTEER July 2015 – Present

- Taught music for migrant children at Yao Village in Jiang Yong County, on the border of
Guangxi and Hunan province in China
- Participated in a P2P Farmer Finance program in Ningxia, China. Interviewed farmers and
made financial plans to help them increase their profit. Secured loans for them by pitching
their case to lending institutions.

- Played flute for elders at the Princeton Senior Home on Sunday afternoons.
