Express requires that the credit card owner must be part of the traveling party and the credit
card used in purchasing the ticket(s) must be presented upon check in. If the passenger is not the

photocopy of the credit card owner’ valid ID. Failure to produce and present the credit card and
valid ID or photocopy thereof will be advised to purchase new tickets or will be refused to board
the flight.
The passenger shall be denied boarding for failure to comply with the foregoing requirement.
Without prejudice to criminal prosecution under Republic Act No. 8484, PAL Express may cancel
a confirmed reservation or may remove from any flight any passenger if PAL Express has reason
to believe that a ticket has been purchased using fraudulent credit card.
