The weight slabs mentioned in the tariff are for gross weight of containers i.e.
(Cargo weight + container tare weight).
The acceptance and movements over these streams will be as per adequate
materialization of full train loads only, that too after Railway’s clearance. CONCOR
shall not be responsible for any indirect/consequential losses on account of
transportation delays owing to reasons beyond CONCOR’S control.

Note: a) The gross weight will be as per RTO regulations and the above rates include
transportation charges only.The terminal handling charges would be levied separately.
b) Service tax applicable as per government rules.
5. WHARFAGE CHARGES
The wharfage will be leviable after expiry of free time @ Rs.5/- per quintal or part
thereof per day. The free time for shut out/excess cargo will be two working days
excluding the day of unloading of cargo in ICD,

IV BONDING OF CARGO IN WAREHOUSE
Consignor who wants to keep their import cargo in bonded ware house will have to
give their written space booking request in advance to CONCOR ICD-Malanpur. The
request should contain:
a) Total requirement of ground space in Square Meter
b) Period of days for which the space is requiredindicating from& todate for which the
space is to be required.
The space will be booked on the subject to availability and on the first cum first serve
basis. The minimum space to be booked at a time is 20 sqm per 20’container and for a
period of minimum seven days and multiples thereof.
At the time of booking of the desired space in Sqm, consignor must have to pay all the
ground rent for the desired entire duration and for the desired entire space which is to
be used for the bonding of import cargo along with terminal handling charges.
The ground rent for the space to be used for the purpose of bonding of cargo in the
bonded ware house is Rs.30/- per Sqm per week
6 HAZARDOUS CARGO:
10% surcharge in the case of EXPORT and 20 surcharges in the case of IMPORT on the
normal freight rate will be leviable on every container accepted for carriage of
hazardous/dangerous cargo as defined in the red tariff of Indian railways. Such
containers will be accepted on a pink forwarding note only and the THC for handling
these containers shall be double the normal rates.
7MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES:-
In the above activities, if the said container returns to the terminal within 15 days from the
date of exit as either export loaded or as empty, the additional surcharge deposit collected
will be credited to the customer PDA (If the amount debited from customer PDA). If the
said container not returned to the terminal within stipulated time period, the surcharge shall
stand forfeited. Additional surcharge would be credited back within 30 days from the date
of exit if the container exited from one CONCOR terminal and utilized or returned at other
CONCOR terminal.
