In this kind of situation that the company is planning


to expand the current services offered, especially looking
to the target of the company which is dealing with more and
larger clients that the companies are not used to. I would
like to begin by analyzing their data if they are capable of
expanding. There are some needs to enhance by the company
since they are applying expansion, and this is called
Quality Adequate Supervision. It is essential because it
monitors the chosen employees if they are doing well. This
includes checking the documents of the company where I
belong and the ratings of my clients and employees I need to
make a business framework to improve my services. Followed
by talking with the head managers of the company so that we
can all see the needs and goals that we need to address.

Next, as a Human Resource, still I will highly focus on


the adjustment needed for this expansion, and that is the
increase of several employees or the workforce. This will
focus on getting the exact number of employees needed to
build a stronger and reliable workforce and at the same time
focusing on the qualities that are expected to the new
members of the company. This will go all under the phase of
recruitment, screening, selection of applicants. The things
that I will observe and know to them are their experiences,
knowledge, potentialities, and everything that will have
needed to know.

Then, I will be giving them proper training that will


comply with the labor standard. One part of it is that
leadership development which is critical because it is the
one that is expected to provide processes that may lead them
to develop the future. You have to ensure that the Human
Resource people should be trained to handle an expanding
company and should have continuous development. I believe
Human Resource is the backbone of the company that can
produce through the strategic management of the workforce.
They should consider if there is a need for new employees to
be hired to handle larger clients. All these things will be
conducted for the benefit of the employees and the company
as well.

Also, one of the challenges that your company must


overcome is the regulation and legislation, your company
needs to be transparent to your clients and employees and
competition in another company. There will be an expected
improvement to the policies and practices of the company so
that we can able to meet the goals of both sides; the
company and the employees. In this aspect, there will be an
orientation for everyone just to make them aware of what is
currently happening and planned.

I, as an HR manager, need to conduct a competitor analysis


to find out what products your competitors are offering, and
how much they’re selling it for. Figure out what products
are high in demand and remove or deprioritize the ones that
aren’t. Offer exceptional customer service to set your
business apart. It is important also to learn the factor of
low cost because clients are looking through this one when
they are transacting business. It is dominant too to go back
to the objectives and goals of the company can achieve the
factors. The demand and supply of every resource needed in
expanding services and adding more clients. Also the factors
of aiming to upgrade knowledge and skills that will
contribute to the staff's and managers' attitude. Enhancing
the employees will help in adopting changes in environment
and company growth.

Lastly, as a Human Resource I will prepare some strategy


for the challenges that may occur and I will never stop
observing and finding the factors needed to be addressed or
to be resolved in order to maintain good workforce, and as
an HR I should always be supportive and assistive to the
company to maintain its competitive advantage, at the same
be a representative of the employees because it is my job to
deal and to take care with the workforce; keeping the
employees and the company in good terms so that the flow of
the business will run smoothly and at the same time the high
morale of the employees will be seen as well.
