Brand Name: Sanjeevni
Project Name: We Do Care
Project Details - This model talks about all those patients who do not want to
stuck in the lengthy appointment procedure at a doctor's clinic. This solution
talks about a stepwise online procedure that caters convenience on both ends.
Booking online slot with a doctor and getting check-up online with a
professional doctor followed by receiving a mail of the report that talks about
the minutes of the conversation held that is the symptoms, procedure,
medications and more. This efficient online procedure will serve to be of great
help for all those patients who wish to seek help at their homes at the click of
their mobile. Just book an appointment, text your problems and get solutions. If
the patient needs physical procedures then the appointments remains limited on
a daily basis and everything remains regulated in a sophisticated and orderly
manner.

Project Objectives –

 To make the maximum utilization of the available resources


 To give better solutions to those patients who are unable to reach to the
hospitals in case of any health issues
 To optimize health services in better way through provision of online
solutions.
 Organizing the appointments, prescriptions and other health care
solutions in digital zone instead of clinical zone.
 As India is price sensitive market, this solution will be pocket friendly for
the patients.

Model Structure –

 This model will start with a consumer survey which will reveal whether
this model will be accepted by the consumers or not.
 Once this model is proved to be a potential model according to the
survey, we will start some digital campaigns related to this model
 Digital marketing campaigns would include brand awareness and
customer engagement activities on instagram, facebook, twitter and other
social media channels.
 Then we will create a website or App to start the appointment booking
process.
 In the backend the doctors will also get organized according their
schedules which will be dealt online only.
 Reports and prescriptions will be given to the patient through online
media only.
 At the Sanjeevni clinic we will have various customer engagement
programs (yoga and physiotherapy sessions) so that the revenue is
increased along with the productivity.
 This will all come under below the line activations for the model we can
move to above the line activations through designing ad campaigns for
YouTube.
 All these operation will be managed by the marketing agency and other
agencies which will be having tie up with the brand.

Customer Proposition

 All the patients suffering from major and minor health issue will be
treated under this model.
 All age people will be catered under this programmed.
 Alothpathic solutions will be provided along with the recommendation of
yoga and physical exercises.
 Model would work in tier 1 cities post the successful activation of the
model we can precede to tier 2 cities.

Model Developers

Akshit Sharma pursued his B.Tech from Manav Rachna College of Engineering
in Information Technology and has worked on Social Media, Research as well
as handled CSR projects of Institute of Road Traffic Education with an
experience of 3 years.

Shikhar Srivastava and Akshit Sharma both belong to a technical background


and currently pursuing MBA in the domain of Marketing as a major.

Shikhar Srivastava pursued his Btech from Abdul kalam University and has and
experience of 8 months working with dell as a sales engineer.

Both Akshit and Shikhar have successfully completed their internships at


Urbanclap working in the research domain and studying the customer behaviour
closely in order to launch effective TVC campaigns. Worked at PepsiCo as
Brand Marketing Interns attaining vivid knowledge of how a company acts
towards its brands and make them work globally as well as locally.
