Multiple studies have shown the efficacy of proprioceptive training in the de-
crease of the relapse of injuries and in the prevention of these in athletes. This book
fit the foundations of sports rehabilitation with the models of sports training and
fitness for injury prevention and recovery and performance improvement.It teaches
to design exercises, their progressions and to influence with more effectiveness and
conscience on the stimulation of the proprioceptive system. These exercises com-
bine the work of stability, motor control, balance, coordination, strength and other

to increase the efficiency and accelerate the recovery processes of injuries in sports.
It allows to achieve a performance improvement, focusing on proprioceptive stim-
