Why Homework should be banned…

Homework isn’t effective in this modern education era. Homework cause many problems
for student that is give negative impact such as disturb a sleep cycle, student don’t have quality
time or do their hobby, make tired. Homework can make stress for student. A study from denise
pope at Stanford prove that just 40% of student don’t have a stress while doing their homework.
Homework also make a rivsion time for student is gone that make a score of test is bad. If the score
of student become bad. School will have a negative impact. Their reputation will decrease and
some parent will ask why their son have a bad score and some parent will assume that the teaching
at the school is bad. School always give a homework after student get in class for 8 hours, student
will get tired because after they get class in 8 hours they will do homework in home that is make
student waste a lot of their time to study and they can’t do their hobby or other activity.
Homework is a big cause of debate in the modern academic world, and it is affecting
students in negative ways. Homework should be banned and it isn’t suite for this modern education
era. Impact from homework can disturb student lifetime. This is example for bad impact of
homework that is messing up student sleep cycle , get tired on home after get class for 8 hours, and
lose time to do hobby or other quality activity. The author make a statement that he want all School
shouldn’t give a homework.
Homework teach student to set and achieve their goal with a lot of effort. Homework is
good for student because homework has some positive impact. It can change a bad behavior for
student such as while they do homework, they can’t play games in mobile or PC. Homework also
make a student have responsibility. Homework also teach student to manage their time that is
important when student become a worker latter.
Homework must be given to help student to improve student achievement. Psychology
professor Harris Cooper from duke university do research about correlation homework with
student achievement. Student who have homework will have a good performance in school. While
they do homework they will get feedback from their homework. Teachers will correction their
homework and give it back to student. So student will know if they are wrong.
Homework will not mess up student sleep cycle by managing time with right method.
National education association make a standard time to study who will do homework. They call
this method is “10 Minute rules.” The rules is 10 minute to each grade level so if student in first
level will do their homework 10 minutes and in second level will do their homework with 20
minute.
Homework will treat a student to fulfill their task and feel responsibility with their
homework. This feel can be method to prepare them to become a worker letter. It is important for
parents and teachers to know how condition the students are and how they feel. if students feel
tired or sick, they need to take a day or two of rest free from homework. this method is a way to
reduce boredom and stress from students in doing homework. Several other ways to reduce
boredom and stress in students, among others, by arranging Sundays by compiling any routine
notes that will be carried out during the next week. for example customers from school drink

afternoon tea and play outside such as playing basketball with neighbors or racing bikes with their
siblings. But after that, when it starts to cool, bring them. And Ask what they did at school, go
through their homework together.
so in essence giving students homework is a good thing. but in giving homework to
students, it is necessary to balance between doing homework, resting to "become children" and
parents' attention. if the balance is achieved then a lot of positive impacts will be achieved. first,
students can be more responsible. second, by giving homework students can improve their
achievements and achieve their goals. third, students can set their own time so students will not
disrupt the sleep cycle. various types of research have been carried out to achieve this positive
impact as explained previously. the benefit of doing this research by many researchers is to help
parents and teachers guide their children or students to become successful students or children in
the future. besides that it can also be done as learning or material for schools in giving homework
to their students.
Homework’s should be banned it is have big impact for student because if homeworks have
been banned, student will do unnecessary activity such as play smartphone too much, or other
activity can make a negative impact. They don’t get feel reasonability then they can’t learnt about
how to be adult person.
Homework’s have a good impact for student if student can manage their homework as well.
It can be good reason for them to prepare a good future.
