Each year, ELS helps thousands of international students
like you learn English to achieve their dream of enrolling
in a college or university in the United States – and there’s
a simple path to get there.
2+2 COMMUNITY COLLEGE PATHWAY
With the 2+2 Community College Pathway option, you
can complete two years at a community college, then
transfer your community college credits to a 4-year
university and go on to complete your bachelor’s degree.
• Lower tuition fees than 4-year institutions
• Lower English language proficiency requirement, no
TOEFL® required
• Easier admission standards
• Smaller classes with more individualized attention and
professor interaction
• Credits earned may be transferable even into highly
ranked universities
• Some highly ranked universities offer guaranteed
admission to many of their degree programs if students
complete the pre-defined requirements such as earning
a certain minimum grade point average (GPA)
