RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES TAYUG BRANCH AS THE OFFICIAL
DEPOSITORY BANK OF POBLACION WEST AND AUTHORIZING NOLI V. GANADEN, ACTING
PUNONG BARANGAY AND GRACE N. CAYABAN, BARANGAY TRRASURER AS THE SIGNATORIES
OF POBLACION WEST, SANTA MARIA, PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, in order for local government unit to undertake financial transaction, there
should be a designated depository bank nearest to the LGU and authorized signatories should
also be identified;

WHEREAS, Land Bank of the Philippines Tayug branch is the nearest bank to the
barangay and acting Punong Barangay Noli V. Ganaden and Grace N. Cayaban are the
representatives of Barangay Poblacion West it is imperative to authorize them as signatories;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Kgd. Ramir C. Arceo duly seconded by all present, it
was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, designate Land Bank of the Philippines Tayug

Branch as the depository branch and Acting Punong Barangay Noli V. Ganaden and Grace N.
Cayaban, Barangay Treasurer as the authorized signatories of Poblacion West in all their
transaction;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the Land Bank of the
Philippines Tayug Branch, Office of the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (DILG)
and other concerned agencies for their information.
