Enrolling for IIMBx MOOC Courses

Welcome to IIMBx Platform

This user guide will provide information on how to register for our MOOC courses.

Technical Requirements

Before getting started with the registration process, please make sure that your system meets
the following requirements:

Browser Support:

1. Google Chrome
2. Mozilla Firefox
3. Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Learning Management System:

The following table shows operating system and browser support for the IIMBx learning
management system (LMS), which learners and course teams use to interact with the course
content.

Registration/Signup Process

Step 01: Click https://www.iimbx.edu.in/register and fill the required details. (Sample
screenshot below for reference.) Use the email id you have shared with IIMB or provided by
IIMB.
Click on “Support educational research by providing additional information” and enter few
more details (this is not mandatory). Finally click on “Create Account” button.

Step 02: After successful registration/signup you will receive an activation e-mail. Click the link
received in the registered e-mail id.
Please check your inbox for the activation link, if its not there in inbox, check Junk, Spam etc.
Step 03: After activation, you have to go to https://www.iimbx.edu.in/ and click on Sign In

You will see the courses in your Dashboard only if you have activated the account. If not
activated, then you will see an empty Dashboard.
Step 04: In your Dashboard click the course name to get started with your courseware.

Step 05: Choose Your Time Zone

Please go to account settings page and choose your time zone as ‘Asia/Kolkata IST, UTC+5:30’,
so that you will see the exam due date/time in Indian Standard Time.

If you get the following “DNS”error during registration process, click here to know how to
resolve that.
