We own and operate two Outdoor Learning Centres, Reading and Burton-upon-Trent, which are
purpose-built facilities, designed specifically to support high impact, experiential learning and leadership
development. The Reading centre is situated within a 15-acre mature oak woodland and includes one of the
largest and most extensive ropes courses in Europe. Our Burton-upon-Trent centre is located at the English
Football Association’s St. George’s Park National Football Centre.
Our delivery team are accredited trainers in many of the world’s most recognisable and successful
leadership and team development models. We utilise the outdoors to bring theory to life, practice the skills
and provide honest, encouraging and constructive feedback so that delegates can immediately apply their
learning once they return to the workplace.
