5 Is the inaccessible areas are coated by brushing
before application of painting?
6 Is the DFT tested? If yes, what is the average
thickness?
7 Is there any wrinkled, blistered coating, coating with
pin-holes, sags, lumps and other blemishes visible?
B) Assembling at site
1 Is the entire assembly in same line and in same
level?
2 Is the assembled section as per the approved
drawing?
3 Are all the dimensions as per approved drawing?
4 Are all the drills in correct distance from C/L of the
bearing as shown in the approved drawing?
5 Is there any mismatch in adjacent bolt holes?

6 Is the cross girder position as per drawing?

7 Are all bolts provided as per approved drawing ?
8 Tension / Torque in bolts are as per codal provision ?
