This patch introduces feature 185070 (Multipathing for NetApp E-Series 2800).
DSA E-Series E2800 Dual Controller systems are pre-configured with active
Multipathing by default.
Thus, this patch or a later BVMS version is required to support DSA E-Series E2800
Dual Controller systems.

PLEASE NOTE:

There are several prerequisites for this feature patch:

- VRM 3.71.22 must be installed

- VSG 6.43.17 must be installed
- Firmware 6.43 must be installed on encoders

Please make sure to install the newer VRM/VSG versions before installing feature
patch 185070.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

* The base setup of NetApp E-Series 2800 must be done with Configuration Manager
5.53.
The base setup must be done before adding the E-Series 2800 device to the Bosch VMS
configuration.

* This patch must be installed on ALL machines of a Bosch VMS system:

- Management Server machines
- Configuration Client machines
- Operator Client machines
Installation of the patch on all machines is mandatory to avoid configuration
inconsistencies
when connecting patched and unpatched systems.

* This patch cannot be uninstalled due to technicals reasons (configuration

compatibility).
Only install this patch on systems where the Multipathing feature is really needed!

Bosch VMS Versions <= 8.0 did not support the Multipathing feature of NetApp E2800.
