Most Likely, Stocks Will Be Down

for the Next 4 to 6 Weeks…
(Isn’t That Great?)
I love it.
Stocks went down this week.
Why did they go down?
Recall that the stock market has gone up for the past two months and a half—from September till today.
People (traders) took their profits. They sold their shares. Others who didn’t like to sell saw the decreasing prices
and panicked, and sold their shares too.
My stock market mentor—who’s been doing this for 38 years already and has seen this cycle thousands
of times in his life—says that the stock market will go through this mostly down motion for the next four to six
weeks—before it rushes up again.
You call this the consolidation phase.
Why should you love the consolidation phase?
It gives you time to gather your savings for the month—and buy stocks at lower prices—before it goes
spiking up again.
My stock market mentor believes that prices will push up again in four to six weeks.
So most likely, I’ll sit for awhile, do nothing, wait for this consolidation phase to wind down, and I’ll be
buying stocks again in four weeks or so…
However, I will buy a Nickel Asia…

Buy Nickel Asia When It Winds Down?

If you received my “rush” email two days ago, I spoke about Nickel Asia (NAC) that will have its IPO
(Initial Public Offering) this November 22.
My mentor says there are two kinds of IPO.
First is when the original owners are selling part of their company to “cash in”. That means they want new
owners to invest in their company so they can get their profits.
The second is when the owners sell part of the company so they have fresh money to expand.
Obviously, the second is much better.
And that’s Nickel Asia’s kind of IPO. They’ll be using the fresh money that will be raised in the stock
market to expand.
I’m almost sure that the price of Nickel Asia will shoot up on November 22. After that, check if it settles
down.
If it does, you may want to put money there too.
Again, use our system: Small amounts of money every month for a few years.

Remember Our Two New Companies Last Month

Two weeks ago, I recommended two new companies to add to your basket of stocks: Chinabank (CHIB)
and Meralco (MER).
Chinabank (CHIB) is one of the best managed banks in the Philippines. It now has 258 branches. By 2014,
they plan to have 400 branches. That’s a lot of growth! So you can hop on and join the ride.
Meralco (MER) has been distributing electricity for decades. But in a few years, it won’t just distribute
electricity. It has decided to expand and produce it with their very own power plants. By 2016, they want to
produce 1500MW. So that’s growth you can enjoy too if you buy Meralco (MER).

Remember Our Guidelines…

I like ending every Stocks Update in this way: Keep investing each month until your stocks reach very
near these Target Prices. Once they reach near these Target Prices, you can sell and switch to another stock that
we’re recommending—unless we raise the Target Price again.
Read our Table of Recommended Stocks below.
Look especially at those stocks that I highlight. They have the biggest growth potential.
I’ll see you in our next issue of Stocks Update.
Have fun growing your money!

May your dreams come true,

Bo Sanchez

I. Easy Investment Program (Conservative)

The EIP is for people who invest each month a small amount of money in great companies over a 10- to 20-year
period. Each month, they buy shares, not looking whether the price is up or down. And they don’t sell. They choose
among these six solid companies below. Should there be any change in these companies (which I doubt very
much), Stocks Update will warn you about it.

II. Super EIP (Moderately Aggressive)
Super EIP means you have a larger chunk of money, but instead of putting in the entire bundle now, you divide it into 5 or 6 portions—and you still do “money-cost-
averaging” by investing one portion every month. Anyone can do a Super EIP. But ideally, it would be better to have at least P1M before you do it.
