Few tips for them who is going to attend for the kvs interview...based upon my analysis
1.very important thing is don't mention any teaching experience if you don't have really...
because the questions which they are asking is real life class room situation questions for which
you don't get answers in text books.
2. prepare minimum 3 demo lessons,prepare all other topics which are related to your demo
topic, they can ask you questions from any corner so you should have clear cut idea about the
topic.
3.you should be smart enough to select Demo topic, select such topic which you can interrelate
with real life situations in different ways, and how do you use students as teaching aids and what
other teaching aids can be used for your demo class you should be aware, and this will be useful
if they would give you choice to choose the topic by your self. it's dependent on panels, but don't
miss the chance if they give you chance.
4.you should go through the all teaching methods as you will be asked questions definitely from
this portion
5.you should know every thing from the place where you belong to, and where you are going to
attend for interview,and the place where you are doing job.
6.Don't waste your time to prepare introduction hobbies related questions or any other fixed
questions, because they won't ask you questions as you expected..
7.Last but not least don't be panic be relaxed they called you to recruit not to interrogate you, go
to interview in such a mind that if I don't get this, there are million better ways to go.... All the

animation प्ले करने और स्टू डें ट्स को प्रोजेक्ट मे इं टरनेट के माध्यमसे तवतभन्न दे िों के झंडों के तवषय में
िथ्य इकट्टा करने को दे सकिे हैं . और मैंने इसे तवषयों का सह संबध कहा उन्होने समथान तकया और .
उन्होने बैठने को कहा मैडम बोली की आपकी अवाज़ कक्षा में एक तिक्षक की जै सी होनी चातहए वैसी ही
बुलंद हैं बािचीि में स्वर तवनम्र और कक्षा में तिक्षण के समय बुलंद होना चातहए और कहा तक अभी आपने
तजस लगन से पड़ाया क्या आप ऐसे ही आगे भी पड़ािे रहे गे. िभी sir जो मुझे या िो तकसी KV के तप्रंतसपल
लग रहे थे बोले तक तवद्यालय में पहुचने पर अध्यापक यह attitude ज्यादा समय िक नहीं रख पािे और
सैलरी लगिे ही उनका व्यवहार बहुि बदल जािा है यह उन्होने मैडम से कहा. िब मैडम ने मुझसे phir
कहा तक आप यही लगन और मेहनि आगे भी करिे रतहएगा. अब आप जा सकिे हैं मैंने उन्हें दोनों हाथ

My interview scheduled at Benglore.

After normal introduction

They asked me why I did M.Sc physics and Electronics both.

I replied : As I scored less than 50 % marks in M.Sc physics. To ensure to appear in KVS PGT
physics exam, I did M.Sc again in M.Sc electronics and scored 73.2% marks.

They asked me to chose a topic from my choice. I selected electrostatic and potential due to
dipole system.

They told me, no it is very trivial. Chose to teach A topics from Semiconductor.

I chosed NPN transistor as an amplifier.

They asked me start from very basic, as I don't have any idea about semiconductor.

Then I started from atoms--crystal then band gap , P type and n type, diode ..

There were many cross questions asked. I replied with full confidence after small pause.

At one point of time they started to ask questions from M.Sc but another told them..not to ask
this question.

Then they asked me..I will be appointed in North East how I will manage my family.

I told..I am committed with work and family. I will do everything to balance both. My wife
assure me full support.

Then they told me..thank you.

Enter and wish them gud morning (although it was 12:30 afternoon bt didn't have watch so call
them Gud morning).. They told me to sign attendance sheet..i signed... They told me to
sit...sat..started questioning...introduce yourself.. Introduced...gud morning everyone first of all i
would like to thank kvs for giving me opportunity to introduce myself in front of you....my
name is Sandeep Singh.. I belong to kapurthala in Punjab state..in my family apart from parents
i have three sisters and a brother..i am post graduate in political science subject.. I have done my
b.ed from panjab university in 2015..i have 10 months teaching experience in kv no.2 Jalandhar
cantt.. My hobby is playing cricket and i also like to read about western political thinkers...that
is all about me thanku.....they asked are you working as a pgt political science... Replied yes
mam..will you teach us any topic... Yes went to black board and told them assume as students
they said ok...i started teaching...students gud morning today we r going to learn a very
interesting topic federalism bt today we will discuss only meaning and features of federalism... I
wrote topic on blackboard federalism... Started writing meaning of federalism... They asked not
to write any thing more and just teach us...replied ok sir..i explained meaning and then three
features..i was going to explain forth one they told me to come and have seat...i sat..they started
asking questions..how many fundamental rights.. Told 6..asked which ones..told all fundamental
rights..asked national parties.. Replied 7 national parties.. Asked the name....i told them 6 bt i
forgot 7 one which was ncp...and told sir sorry forgot..asked about kapurthala... Replied there is
science city,kanjli wetland and forts of nawab jassa singh Ahluwalia... They asked there i one
more which is famous for kapurthala... Kuch kaam krte hai wha k log i told agriculture bt i
suddenly replied sir rail coach factory...replied

आज मेरा इं टरव्यू KVS पीजीटी तहं दी का हुआ । अच्छा रहा इं टरव्यू । आने वाले टाइम में तजनका भी
इं टरव्यू है और कोई डाक्यूमेंट बन नही पाया है िो उसके तलए परे िान न हो , बस आपसे एक फॉमा भराया
जाएगा बाकी आप जॉइं ग के समय उसे दे सकिे है ।

5:30 बजे िक साक्षात्कार चला है , वैसे मेरा लगभग 10 तमनट चला होगा , आप जो भी एश्कक्टतवटी स्टाटा में
करे गे वही से que बनने लगिे है , मैं good evening बोला िो वही से पश् िुरू हो गया तक तहं दी में इसे क्या
कहें गे, और तफर तहं दी में सं ध्या का क्या अथा है , इसी िरह से उत्तर से प्रश् तनकलिा गया और प्रश् बढिे
गए ।

सभी प्रश् सब्जेक्ट से ही थे ।इं टरव्यू कोई 10 तदन या 15 तदन पढ के िैयारी नही की जािी , आपने आज
िक तकिना पढा है वो पूछा जािा है । कुछ यूट्यूब पर जो तदखािे है तक यही पूछा जािा है वो सब बकवास
है , इं टरव्यूवर को आप ही प्रश् दे िे है पूछने के तलए , आपकी एक अच्छी या गलि हरकि से प्रश् बनने
िुरू होिे है , मैं िो यही कहं गा तक सब्जेक्ट की सभी बेतसक बािे आपको पिा होना चातहए
