Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
In my life, everything that I propose is seen as a dasafio, which has allowed
me to fight to achieve it and makes me very happy when I achieve it. For this
I must put a lot of interest and above all be very sure that I can achieve it, in
this way I have overcome the difficulties and have reached these goals, it
also helps a lot to look for variety in the forms of motivation to not go into
monotony, this makes me He has become a person who has sought
competition, thus forming a tireless spirit. To achieve my improvement, I was
motivated to see how my lifestyle has changed, which fills me with
happiness and at the same time I have improved relations with the people
around me and with my relatives. I have not really liked the awards because I
feel sorry and I prefer that they do not, but at the same time I feel good
inside. The money has helped in many ways in achieving my goals, since to
achieve this you must have the money to invest and thus achieve an
economic independence that allows me not to become a slave to the needs.
