Philippines, which is why we spent time and resources to conduct a thorough feasibility

study and market survey so as to be well positioned to favorably compete with all our

competitors. That is why Glassology are known to produce a wide range of sunglasses

that will suit to consumer’s preferences.

Glassology wants to establish a large regular customer base, and will therefore

concentrate its business and marketing on local residents, which will be the dominant

target market. Since we just recently started in the industry, we use the method of direct-

selling and technology-based since people nowadays spend their time in social media

and this will establish a healthy, consistent revenue base to ensure stability of the

business. High visibility and competitive products and service are critical to capture this

segment of the market.

Target Market

The dominant target market for Glassology is a regular stream of local residents.

The 2-in-1 sunglasses we introduced to the market are very handy and wearable that will
definitely anyone can wear. Personal and expedient customer service at a competitive

price is key to maintaining the local market share of this target market.

Our vision is to provide an eye care service for everyone with high quality products

we produced and to be known brand in the sunglasses industry in the Philippines

Our mission is to provide excellent customer satisfaction through efficient services

of our competent managers, doctors, and staff. We want to make a brand that is

affordable eyewear a reality. We want Glassology to enable our customers to have a

courage to experiment with fashion. Our mission is to make eyeglasses and sunglasses

as part of everyone’s outfit, to complete their looks.

Promoting Strategy

Here are the platforms we intend leveraging on to promote and advertise

Glassology:

 Encourage the use of word of mouth publicity from our loyal customers

 Leverage on the internet and social media platforms like; YouTube, Instagram,

Facebook, and other platforms to promote our eyewear brand.

 Distribute our flyers and handbills in target areas in and around our neighborhood

 Advertise our eyewear physical stores and laboratory where we process the

sunglasses we sell in our official website and employ strategies that will help us

pull traffic to the site
